Implementing Your Trusted System

Move beyond setting up the framework for your system and start using it to make better decisions about what truly matters in work and life.

Format: Virtual    Investment: $5,400  Time Commitment: 2-4 Months

Overview

You already have a trusted system in place. You've built the core habits of capturing what has your attention, clarifying next actions, and organizing your commitments so they're reliably tracked and met, and in many ways that system is working.

It's giving you structure, visibility, and a way to stay on top of what is coming at you day to day.

At the same time, there is still more on your plate than any 24-hour day can hold. Your projects have grown, your responsibilities both professionally and personally have expanded, and you're likely navigating new challenges, transitions, or opportunities that didn't exist when you first built your system.

You may find yourself in a place where your system is functioning well, but the sheer volume and importance of what is in it creates ongoing pressure and complexity.

You're not alone in that experience. In fact, this is a common inflection point for people who have successfully implemented GTD®. The work is captured and organized, but the question shifts from “How do I keep up?” to “How do I choose what matters most right now?”

This is where our coaches help take you to the next level. Rather than focusing on building or repairing your system, you'll learn how to step back from it, evaluate the full landscape of your commitments, and engage your work with greater clarity and confidence.

The goal isn't just to manage everything effectively, but to make better decisions about what deserves your attention in the first place so your system supports a more purposeful way of working and living.

In This Program You Will:

Know what to work on next, even when your list has 80 items and your calendar is full
Identify what keeps getting pushed aside, and build a realistic path towards protecting it
Develop a reliable way to evaluate competing demands without defaulting to urgency
Use your system to consciously say yes and no, rather than reacting to what shows up

Program Structure

This program is guided by coaches who understand what it means to be busy, managing multiple responsibilities, projects, and next actions while trying to stay on top of everything that matters. It's designed for the point where your system is already in place, but the complexity of your work and life requires a new way of engaging with it.

You address this by working with the Three-fold Nature of Work, which helps you see and interact with your responsibilities in three distinct but connected ways:

Pre-Defined Work

Engaging what you have already committed to, including what's in your calendar and next actions list, so you can move through your existing inventory of work.

Work As It Appears

Being able to absorb incoming demands, interruptions, and surprises as they show up, while staying grounded in your system instead of being pulled off track.

Defining Work

Stepping back from execution to clarify priorities, projects, and direction so you are consciously shaping what you're saying yes and no to.

Your coach helps you engage your work across these three distinct categories, so rather than reacting automatically to whatever shows up, you move through it with greater clarity and intention.

Integration

GTD stops feeling like something you manage and starts feeling like how you naturally think. For people with a working system who are ready to stop running it consciously, and let it run in the background, even as work gets more complex.

Vision & Refocus

Life shifts. Priorities change. This program helps you step back from the day-to-day, reassess what you're actually committed to, and realign your system with where you're headed now, not where you were when you first set it up.
