Built for How Executives Work
GTD Executive Admin Foundation Program
Most executives manage their own commitments well enough. The breakdown happens in the space between you and the people supporting you. We help you fix that.

Why This Program
Running at an executive level means your work doesn't stay inside your own head. It flows through assistants, chiefs of staff, coordinators, people who need to understand your system well enough to move work forward without you being in every conversation.
When that alignment breaks down, you feel it. Dropped balls. Redundant check-ins. Work that requires your attention when it shouldn't. Decisions that stall because the person who should have handled it didn't have what they needed.
This program doesn't just support you in building a GTD system. It extends it to the people who support you, so your commitments are tracked, your priorities are clear, and the work moves the way you need it to move, without you having to manage the managing.
Your coaching remains focused entirely on you with your support team participating where it helps them better serve your system. The result is a shared language, aligned practices, and a structure that holds up under executive-level complexity.
In This Program You Will:
Build a trusted GTD system that works across you and your executive support team
Reduce stress caused by breakdowns in communication and tracking
Create shared clarity between executive, assistant, and chief of staff
Execute more consistently without carrying more in your head
Improve coordination of commitments, calendars, and workflows
Increase confidence in delegation and follow-through

Who's in the Room
This program is designed for an executive operating with dedicated support.
Your executive assistant and/or chief of staff may participate in sessions to:
- Align on how work is captured and organized
- Understand GTD best practices
- Support execution consistency
- Operate from a shared system with you
A note on support team involvement: your assistant or chief of staff participates in sessions to build alignment around your system, not as separate coaching clients. The coaching itself remains focused on you.

What Our Clients Say
From both sides of the executive-assistant relationship:
"As CEO, my work had a much more fluid capacity, some things were deadline driven, and some things would only progress if I was really intentional. The amount of time I spent playing whack-a-mole trying to figure out what should come first has diminished significantly. The creativity and the really intentional planned work has just exploded."

Stephen Magowan
Chief Executive Officer
"It's not what I expected. It's not about organizing yourself. What it gave us was a trusted system for how we could work together, and a common language to talk about our work. Knowing what's on my plate allows me to work a little freer."

Robyn Venero
Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

Your Next Step in the Work
Executive ADmin - Strategy
Your GTD system works, but the people supporting you aren't fully in sync with it yet. This one-on-one program closes that gap — coaching you to strengthen alignment across your support structure so decisions get made faster, work moves forward more cleanly, and your attention stays where it belongs.
Vision & Refocus
Life shifts. Priorities change. This program helps you step back from the day-to-day, reassess what you're actually committed to, and realign your system with where you're headed now, not where you were when you first set it up.
