Building the Infrastructure
GTD Foundation Program
Create the framework for capturing, clarifying, organizing, and following through on everything that has your attention with expert coaching guiding you every step of the way.
Format: Virtual/In-Person Investment: $5,400–$19,000 Time Commitment: 2 Weeks to 4 Months
Why This Program
When you’re learning anything new, you need the right tools, the right practices, and a process you can trust.
Now imagine your future self.
What would your life look like in five years if you continued managing everything without a trusted system?
And what would it look like if you built one and actually used it?
In this program, our coaches meet you where you are. There’s no judgment, just support, encouragement, and guidance from coaches who have been teaching the Getting Things Done® methodology for over 20 years.
Together, we’ll help you build the infrastructure and habits that support your personal and professional life.
In This Program You Will:
Reduce stress caused by overwhelm
Get more done without working longer hours
Build a trusted system you can rely on
Create space for the things you want to have your attention on
Increase clarity and focus in your daily work

All three experiences lead to the same outcome: a trusted GTD system you can rely on. The difference is how quickly you get there and whether you prefer virtual or in-person interaction.

Program Structure
While the pacing differs, each coaching format guides you through the same core GTD workflow:
Intro // Setting Up A Trusted System
- Understand how GTD helps you manage work and life with less stress
- Learn how to keep track of all the commitments you make (to yourself and others)
- Set up your initial trusted system for paper and digital inputs
Capture
- Collect everything that has your attention into a trusted system
You’ll be capturing anything and everything that has your attention in leakproof external “buckets” (your in-trays, email, notepads, voicemail, etc.)—to get them out of your head and into a trusted system.
Clarify // Organize
- Clarify what each captured item means and requires
- Learn the GTD Workflow Map for clarifying and organizing inboxes
- Create a trusted list manager to track projects, next actions, waiting for’s, and someday/maybe items
- Create a trusted calendar to track day-specific and time-specific items
Reflect // Engage
- Complete at least one Weekly Review®
- Learn to make confident and clear decisions using your system

Other Programs You Might Like
Strategy
You have a system, but your plate is still too full. This program helps you use it to make sharper decisions about what actually deserves your time, so you stop reacting to everything and start deliberately choosing what gets your attention.
Integration
GTD stops feeling like something you manage and starts feeling like how you naturally think. For people with a working system who are ready to stop running it consciously, and let it run in the background, even as work gets more complex.
