Who GTD Coaching Is For
We coach a wide range of people across industries, including executives, entrepreneurs, creatives, doctors, and scientists who want to be more strategic, focused, and make a bigger impact in their work. These are individuals with rich, complex, and successful lives, yet many have a sense that while they're capable of keeping their heads above water, they aren't working in a way that's sustainable, personally or professionally.
This is for those who want to move out of constant reaction mode and into a place where they have a clearer mind, are more grounded, and in greater control of what their focus is on.
Over the past 25+ years, our coaches have worked with many high-performing professionals who experience attention variability, including ADHD. Our coaching isn't clinical or diagnostic, instead, we focus on implementing a personalized GTD system that provides structure, improves decision making, and supports consistent execution in complex, demanding roles.
The GTD Coaching Experience
Our coaches meet you where you are and help you build a system that can keep up with where you're going.
Most people already know what they should be doing. The challenge is dealing with the constant pressure of the unplanned and the feeling that too much is happening outside of your control.
This is where GTD workflow coaching begins to make a meaningful difference, not just by helping you get organized, but by helping you build a system that can reliably support how you work and live.
A System Tailored to How You Think
The Kairos Assessment
A key part of this process is the Kairos Assessment, which helps your coach understand how you prefer to process information and where your attention gets pulled. It identifies your preferences across six cognitive categories: Thinker, Listener, Observer, Mover, Reader, and Talker.
This isn't about labeling you. It's about designing a system that feels intuitive, not forced. When your system matches how your mind works, it becomes easier to use, maintain, and trust under pressure.
What the Work Looks Like
Whether you're building a system for the first time, refining how you make decisions, or aligning your work and life at a deeper level, each program is designed to stand on its own, allowing you to begin at the level that best matches your current reality.
For executives working with an assistant or chief of staff, your coaching remains focused entirely on you, but the work can extend to include your support team. Programs like Executive Admin Foundation and Executive Admin Strategy are designed to strengthen how your shared GTD system is built, used, and aligned, so the people around you can better support the way you work.
Level 1
Building the Infrastructure For Your GTD System
Depending on your starting point, your course may include an optional Tools Consultation, offered as part of your coaching, to help you set up or refine your toolset before beginning Level 1 or addressing gaps ahead of Level 2.
Level 3
Making GTD Second Nature
Level 5
Connecting All Levels of Focus in Your Life
Level 2
Implementing Your GTD System
Level 4
Bringing Your Commitments Into Alignment
Along the way, a meaningful amount of real work gets done, important conversations move forward, and the areas of your life that matter most begin to surface more clearly. Throughout the process, your coach provides accountability, guidance, and insight. While GTD can be learned independently, coaching accelerates the process by helping you adapt it to your real work, tools, and the way you think, while offering course correction as your life evolves.
The Outcome
A Mind Like Water
Over time, you move toward what we call a "Mind Like Water," a clear, calm state where you can think freely, respond appropriately, and stay focused without distraction.
