GTD Coaching

Getting Started With GTD® Coaching

Does your life feel like it has grown beyond what you can comfortably manage? We help you build a system that brings clarity and control back at a pace that works for you.

Who GTD Coaching Is For

We coach a wide range of people across industries, including executives, entrepreneurs, creatives, doctors, and scientists who want to be more strategic, focused, and impactful in their work. These are individuals with rich, complex, and successful lives, yet many have a sense that while they're capable of keeping their heads above water, they aren't working in a way that's sustainable, personally or professionally.

This is for people who want to move out of constant reaction mode and into a place where they have a clearer mind, are grounded, and more in control of where their attention is going.

Watch the video below to see what that shift can look like for you.

The GTD Coaching Experience

Our coaches meet you where you are and help you build a system that can keep up with where you’re going.

Most people already know what they should be doing. The challenge is dealing with the constant pressure of the unplanned and the feeling that too much is happening outside of your control.

This is where GTD coaching begins to make a meaningful difference, by identifying where your current approach stops working in practice so you can build a system that stays dependable no matter what surprises life brings.

A System Tailored to How You Think

A key part of this process is the Kairos Assessment, which helps your coach understand how you prefer to process information and where your attention gets pulled. It identifies your preferences across six cognitive categories: Thinker, Listener, Observer, Mover, Reader, and Talker.

This isn't about labeling you. It's about designing a system that feels intuitive and not forced. When your system matches how your mind works, it becomes easier to use and easier to trust.

What the Work Looks Like

Whether you’re refining an existing system or starting fresh, the focus is the same:

  • Simplifying what’s become overcomplicated
  • Creating clarity around your commitments
  • Building a structure you can rely upon when life throws a curveball

From there, the work becomes about consistency:

  • Making better decisions about what matters
  • Staying on top of your commitments
  • Creating space for what’s most important in your work and life

Along the way, a meaningful amount of your real work gets done, unnecessary commitments fall away, and important conversations move forward.

Throughout the process, your coach supports you by providing accountability, guidance, and insight as you build a system that helps you reach your goals. While GTD can be learned independently, working with a coach accelerates the process by helping you tailor the system to your work, your tools, and how you think, while providing course correction along the way.

The Outcome

Over time, you move toward what we call a “Mind Like Water.”

A clear, calm state where you can think freely, respond appropriately, and stay focused without distraction.
