Who GTD Coaching Is For
Who GTD Coaching Is For
We coach a wide range of people across industries, including executives, entrepreneurs, creatives, doctors, and scientists who want to be more strategic, focused, and make a bigger impact in their work. These are individuals with rich, complex, and successful lives, yet many have a sense that while they're capable of keeping their heads above water, they aren't working in a way that's sustainable, personally or professionally.
This is for people who want to move out of constant reaction mode and into a place where they have a clearer mind, are more grounded, and in greater control of what their focus is on.
The GTD Coaching Experience
Our coaches meet you where you are and help you build a system that can keep up with where you’re going.
Most people already know what they should be doing. The challenge is dealing with the constant pressure of the unplanned and the feeling that too much is happening outside of your control.
This is where GTD coaching begins to make a meaningful difference, not just by helping you get organized, but by helping you build a system that can reliably support how you work and live.
A System Tailored to How You Think
A key part of this process is the Kairos Assessment, which helps your coach understand how you prefer to process information and where your attention gets pulled. It identifies your preferences across six cognitive categories: Thinker, Listener, Observer, Mover, Reader, and Talker.
This isn't about labeling you. It's about designing a system that feels intuitive and not forced. When your system matches how your mind works, it becomes easier to use, maintain, and trust under pressure.
What the Work Looks Like
Whether you're building a system for the first time, refining how you make decisions, or aligning your work and life at a deeper level, each course and program is designed to stand on its own, allowing you to begin at the level that best matches your current reality.
Level 1: Building the Infrastructure For Your GTD System
- Build a trusted system you can rely on
- Increase clarity and focus in your daily work
- Reduce stress caused by overwhelm
- Get more done without working longer hours
- Create space for the things you want to have your attention on
Depending on your starting point, your course may include an optional Tools Consultation, offered as part of your coaching, to help you set up or refine your toolset before beginning level 1 or addressing gaps ahead of level 2.
Level 2: Implementing Your GTD System
- Navigate complexity with confidence
- Reduce overwhelm when everything feels important
- Make better decisions about where to focus your time
- Create space for meaningful work and personal priorities
Level 3: Making GTD Second Nature
- Integrate GTD more fully into your life
- Step out of the “busy trap” of loud and urgent distractions
- Keep projects aligned with your areas of focus and responsibility
- Integrate commitments consistently so nothing falls through the cracks
- Reflect on what captures your attention to uncover what may be overlooked.
Level 4: Bringing Your Commitments Into Alignment
- Maintain GTD best practices as your life evolves.
- Recognize when low motivation signals misalignment, not inefficiency.
- Revisit and renegotiate commitments that no longer reflect your current reality
- Make space for new ideas and directions in your life.
- Gain clarity on not just what you do, but why you do it
Level 5: Connecting All Levels of Focus in Your Life
- Align your daily actions with your longer-term goals, vision, and purpose
- Develop consistency across all levels of your life
- Strengthen your ability to navigate change without losing direction
- Clarify what you're committed to at every level and why
- Create a more coherent and integrated way of living and working
Throughout the process, your coach provides accountability, guidance, and insight. While GTD can be learned independently, coaching accelerates the process by helping you adapt it to your real work, tools, and the way you think, while offering course correction as your life evolves.
The Outcome
Over time, you move toward what we call a “Mind Like Water.”
A clear, calm state where you can think freely, respond appropriately, and stay focused without distraction.
