Built for the Work That Happens Between You and Your Team
GTD Executive Admin Strategy Program
You have a system. What you don't have yet is a support structure that moves with it.
We help you close that gap.

Why This Program
You have a system. What you don't have yet is a support structure that moves with it.
Your assistant, chief of staff, or admin team is capable. But if they're not operating from the same system, using the same language, or clear on the same priorities, they end up working around you instead of with you. And you end up getting pulled back into decisions and details that shouldn't require your attention.
This program closes that gap. We coach you on how to operate at the strategic level within your GTD system, and how to structure your support team so that alignment happens consistently, not just when you're in the room.
The outcome is a combination of quicker decisions, cleaner handoffs, and an executive workflow that scales with the demands of you profession.
In This Program You Will:
Navigate complexity with confidence across your role and support structure
Strengthen alignment with your executive support team so work moves forward without you in every conversation
Reduce the friction that comes from misaligned priorities between you and your support team
Create space for meaningful work and higher-level decision-making
Make clearer decisions about what deserves your focus and what your support team can own

Who's in the Room
This program is designed for an executive operating with dedicated support.
Your executive assistant and/or chief of staff may participate in sessions to:
- Align on how priorities are evaluated and work is engaged
- Understand how to support decision-making within your GTD system
- Reinforce consistent practices that keep your system working effectively
A note on support team involvement: your assistant or chief of staff participates in sessions to strengthen alignment around shared priorities and workflows, not as separate coaching clients. The coaching itself remains focused on you.

Program Structure
This program is built around the Three-fold Nature of Work, a framework that helps you engage your workload with greater clarity and intention, not just react to whatever shows up first.
Pre-Defined Work
Engaging what you have already committed to, including what's in your calendar and next actions list, so you can move through your existing inventory of work.
Work As It Appears
Absorbing incoming demands, interruptions, and surprises without losing your footing in the system. Staying grounded rather than getting pulled off track.
Defining Work
Stepping back from execution to clarify priorities, projects, and direction so you are consciously shaping what you're saying yes and no to, rather than letting urgency decide for you.
Your coach helps you engage your work across these three distinct categories, so rather than reacting automatically to whatever shows up, you move through it with greater clarity and intention.

What Our Clients Say
From both sides of the executive-assistant relationship:
"I view the GTD process as a partnership, having this other mind to help with the prioritization of projects. We've created our areas of focus documents and shared them with each other. Through that, we can understand how to establish priorities. What it gives us is the head space and the clarity to be creative rather than just clouded."

Stephen Magowan
Chief Executive Officer
"We have permission to talk to each other about the work in a way that doesn't make either of us uncomfortable, checking in, asking what's blocking a next action. Defining a next action at the end of every conversation is so helpful. You come out knowing exactly what the next item is, and it creates a sense of accountability because everyone is clear on what was just agreed."

Your Next Step in the Work
Vision & Refocus
Life shifts. Priorities change. This program helps you step back from the day-to-day, reassess what you're actually committed to, and realign your system with where you're headed now, not where you were when you first set it up.
Five Horizons
The long game. A sustained coaching engagement that connects your daily actions to the life you want to build, tasks, roles, goals, and purpose working together instead of competing for your attention.
