About This Program

You already have a GTD system in place.

You’ve built the structure. You’ve captured, clarified, and organized your commitments. And in many ways, it’s working.

Now extend that to your working reality as an executive.

You’re not operating alone, you’re working alongside an executive assistant and, in many cases, a chief of staff. Together, you’re responsible for managing priorities, protecting focus, and keeping work moving forward.

At this stage, the challenge isn’t setting up the system.

It’s using it together, consistently and effectively.

You may find that:

  • Your system works, but your team isn’t fully aligned with it
  • Calendar and email decisions still create friction or rework
  • Weekly Reviews® aren’t happening consistently (or together)
  • You’re not fully leveraging your executive support in the way you could

This program is where that changes.

What You’ll Gain

In this program you will…

  • Navigate complexity with confidence across your role and support structure
  • Reduce overwhelm when everything feels important and competing for your attention
  • Make clearer decisions about what deserves your focus, and what doesn’t
  • Strengthen alignment with your executive support team so work moves forward more effectively
  • Create space for meaningful work and higher-level priorities

Coaching Context

This program is designed for an executive operating within a support structure.

Your executive assistant and/or chief of staff may participate in sessions to:

  • Align on how priorities are evaluated and work is engaged
  • Understand how to support decision-making within your GTD system
  • Reinforce consistent practices that keep your system working effectively

However:

  • Coaching remains centered on the executive
  • Support roles are included to strengthen how work moves forward, not as separate coaching clients

Course Structure

This course is guided by coaches who understand what it means to be busy, managing multiple responsibilities, projects, and next actions while trying to stay on top of everything that matters. It's designed for the point where your GTD system is already in place, but the complexity of your work and life requires a new way of engaging with it.

You address this by working with the Three-fold Nature of Work, which helps you see and interact with your responsibilities in three distinct but connected ways:

Pre-Defined Work

Engaging what you have already committed to, including what's in your calendar and next actions list, so you can move through your existing inventory of work.

Work As It Appears

Being able to absorb incoming demands, interruptions, and surprises as they show up, while staying grounded in your system instead of being pulled off track.

Defining Work

Stepping back from execution to clarify priorities, projects, and direction so you are consciously shaping what you're saying yes and no to.

Your coach helps you engage your work across these three distinct categories, so rather than reacting automatically to whatever shows up, you move through it with greater clarity and intention.

Materials Included

  • GTD Methodology Guides
  • GTD Workflow Map
  • Pre and Post GTD Executive Admin Strategy Assessment
  • The Kairos Assessment
  • Ready for Anything Book
  • Program Completion Certificate

Time Commitment

You and your coach will meet for a minimum of two sessions per month.

If you want to move faster, you can coordinate a more intensive cadence.

Rather than being strictly time-based, the program progresses as you apply each component within your real working environment, individually and with your team.

Between sessions, you’ll actively engage your system and your working relationships. This is where the real progress happens, through consistent use, shared practices, and ongoing refinement.
