She is at home in the virtual environment, positively impacting lives with enthusiasm and creative engagement techniques. She takes the time to understand her clients’ challenges and answers with practical strategies and tactics that apply in their real-world settings. As one of her GTD coaching clients shared, “Alana’s passion is contagious – she listens, reflects back and brings empathy to her work.  After our time together, I still feel like I’m walking on air!”

Prior to focusing on coaching opportunities, Alana’s distinguished career at a Fortune 100 company spanned the client engagement, consumer marketing and corporate HR arenas. Notably, Alana received the company’s highest “Officer’s Award” for her successful management through transition. In her partnerships today, Alana draws from her 10+ years in people management roles as well as insights derived from her years of experience as an executive coach. Alana's clients span a broad industry list that includes technology, pharmaceuticals, health care, manufacturing and government agencies. She has partnered with clients from large scale corporations, smaller educational and not-for-profit entities, the US military and organizations that range all sectors and scale in between.

On a personal front, maintaining a healthy work/ life balance is one of Alana's missions. Her husband and children are at the center of her world. An avid traveler and adventure seeker, Alana has slept on the Great Wall of China, experienced the Northern Lights in Finland and volunteered in the post-tsunami recovery effort in Thailand in 2005. Life has taught her to celebrate diversity and to persist in the face of adversity … lessons she blends into her every day. A dual citizen, Alana is proud to be both American and Australian.
